Remote work has come a long way, it started years ago as a necessary evil barely accepted by employers, then - when the Covid-pandemia hit the world and the businesses - it became the life-boat to rescue businesses that had otherwise not been able to continue work. And now? Especially in software development we have gotten so used to it that most developers don’t want to give it up. Understandably. But has on-site work lost all sense attractiveness? Some thoughts.
